3.3 International Shipping & Customs We ship our decorations worldwide. However, forgh.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
3.4 Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Confirmation Email containing your tracking number. You can monitor your decoration’s journey directly on our website or the carrier’s portal.
4. Refund and Returns Policy
4.1 30-Day Return Policy We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your home decorations, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
4.2 Return Conditions To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in the same condition that you received it (unused, unmounted).
- It must be in the original packaging.
- Customized or personalized wall decorations are exempt from being returned.
